Pushing the brief further

As within my final crit it was suggested that a website would be an influential way in which to target a demographic in which is far more tech savvy than originally thought. I began to think about the ways in which a user interface could help support the collective and promote female design.

When debating upon whether an app would be relevant it was decided that not many people from the intended demographic would explore the app due to phone storage etc. As the publication already contained a link for a hypothetical website, I decided that it would be effective if a website was actually developed.

Initial questions in which I am to ask myself include:

-What would an individual gain from the website?
An insight into who the collective are, what they do, their ethos and examples of their design work.

-How would the demographic interact with the website?
As they are an older demographic they are most likely to interact with the website using a desktop computer. This being due to it being a 'work' related matter.

-How can I explore the same themes as the publication in a digital format?
By developing a clean and concise piece in which again explores postmodern trends.

-What information should be explored upon the website?      
Who the collective are, their ethos, members, their work, contact details.
