When discussing the proposed publication with my peers, mass feedback was gained. Some of the key comments have been outlined below.
- The iconography within the publication is fun and characterful, and would therefore gain the target audeinces attention.
- The bold type used throughout is highly impactful
- A variety of topic areas have been covered, all in which you would not expect in 'traditional women's magazines'.
- Some colours used within spreads were said to stand out, as a result it was decided that the hue should be altered.
- It was stated that the issues highlighted were tackled effectively, although different iconography may be considered for the spread relating to rape.
- The publication should be printed on matt to reject the idea of a glossy magazine
- The information was clear and easy to read
