Political posters

A comical approach to an issue in which is highly important within America, that of gun crime. As gun crime is a sensitive topic area it may appear unsettling to the consumer if a real image of a gun was used. I must be aware of factors like this when developing my own poster.

This approach builds the American flag out of voters, a factor in which is highly important as it suggests that the people (the voters) build America and make it how it is. It is also suggesting that the future of America is in each individual's hands.

The above image plays upon the idea of  the Hope campaign in order to gather a strong informed opinion. As this poster is already highly recognisable the intertextuality made positions the consume to that of a directed outcome.

A typical poster from that of WW2, this design explores the idea of spies. Rather to promote this poster is to inform, maybe an informative poster would allow my designs to appear as if helping the consumer rather than marketing Hillary.
